You'd be amazed to discover some of the anime characters that look very similar to those of Altar Girl! I've got a few of my own to share... but feel free to submit your own! If you can think of an anime/manga, video game character or even a REAL person that reminds you of someone from AG, email Kata with a (fairly nice quality) image and a description of how the characters are similar! It could be put on this very page!

Rei and Kira of MARS Rei and Kira ~ Adam and Ashley
Okay, its OBVIOUS to see how I picked these two! Personality wise though, they're not too terribly alike. Kira starts off hating Rei, and Kira is a very shy and quiet person. Rei is a risk taker and a playboy, lots of girls have crushes on him. So in that respect, he is similar to Adam. There's even a girl who keeps attacking Kira about it, she could be like Holly.

Yurika Dojima of Witch Hunter Robin Yurika Dojima ~ Ashley Altars
Grr, when I saw this girl's hairstyle I was MAD! I totally invented the flip out look! I mean, uh, Ashley totally made it popular! Anyways, personality wise these two have nothing in common. This character seems really uninterested and lazy about her work. I don't like her. But the hair! Geez!

Asuka Jr of Kaitou Saint Tail Asuka Jr ~ Seth Charming
Alright, they're the only anime men rocking suspenders! Though, Asuka Jr technically is a little boy. But, since he's from the manga St. Tail, how can I not compare him to Seth, who attended St. Tail School in the 1920's/30's? Asuka Jr is kind of rude, but he's also on a mission to find out who St. Tail really is! So, Seth is on a mission too, to find his Alice!

Roy of Fire Emblem/Super Smash Bros. Melee Roy ~ Seth Charming
Oh just look at their hair. Roy is an ultra hottie, one of my fav. video game characters. I'm always him when I play Smash Bros. I don't know if they have similar personalities or not. I think Roy is probably more outgoing.

Himeno Awayuki of Pretear Himeno Awayuki ~ Alice Hart
Again, similar hairstyles. Himeno is very nice to those that are nice to her, but overall she is the typical shoujo klutz - she compares to Ashley's character more than Alice's. Alice is more graceful, but I can see her acting like Himeno in some of the situations she gets into.

Asou Yuuya of Gals! Asou Yuuya ~ Adam Evenine
Both Adam and Asou are popular boys in school. All the girls flock to Asou, squealing over him and tearing him apart, asking for his school pin and such. I haven't read too much of Gals! but they seem very very similar. He's also equally friendly with the three main girls in Gals! so, I guess you could say he's somewhat of a playboy too.

Van Fanel of Escaflowne Van Fanel ~ Noah Ravan
This expression makes the two of them seem especially similar! Van is kind of uninterested in Hitomi when she first arrives in Gaea, even rude. Noah would probably be too lazy to take revenge for his kingdom, but, they are both slightly angsty, with a good side to them that shines through when it's needed. If only Noah had Van's impressive wing span...

Gorgeous Rose of Ah! Megami-sama Gorgeous Rose ~ Rose of Sharon
Other than the similar name and hairstyle, these two share only the fact that they are both angels. You don't really see much of the angel's personalities in Ah! Megami-sama, but Gorgeous Rose is Peorth's angel, and Peorth doesn't strike me as someone similar to Rose of Sharon. Rose of Sharon has a lot of greed and guilt in her heart, the goddesses in A! M-s are very caring and sweet.

Chloe of Noir Chloe ~ Kami
"my nomination for a lookie-like is Chloe from Noir, who i think looks like Kami (bet ya didn't see that one comming ;) ), the similarities to me are uncanny, both have the psychotic goth look, enjoy hurting people, have purple hair and have that mysterious but sexy look to them" - Parasite
